1. Prontoitalia24.de only enters into contractual relationships with adult customers. For this reason, customers confirm that they are over 18 years old by submitting their order. The customer further assures that their details regarding their age, name, and address are correct. The customer is also obliged to ensure that only they themselves or persons authorized by them to receive the delivery accept the goods delivery.

2. If underage persons place orders by providing false information and/or without the approval of their parents or legal guardians, PRONTOITALIA24.DE hereby generally revokes these contracts as a precautionary measure in accordance with Section 111 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

3. If PRONTOITALIA24.DE becomes aware of an order that was placed using false information, especially regarding age, PRONTOITALIA24.DE reserves the right to initiate criminal proceedings in addition to the aforementioned revocation in accordance with Section 111 BGB.
